1. Policy Overview

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the process for cancelling loan applications and requesting refunds while using the MudraSewa Loan platform, operated by Urgent Finvest Limited. Our objective is to ensure transparency and provide borrowers with a clear understanding of how cancellation and refund requests are managed.

By applying for or availing any loan through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms outlined in this Policy.

2. Loan Cancellation Before Disbursement

If your loan application has been approved but the loan amount has not yet been credited to your bank account, you may request cancellation of the application without any cancellation charges or penalties. Once your request is verified, the application will be withdrawn from further processing.

3. Loan Cancellation After Disbursement

Where the loan amount has already been disbursed, you may submit a cancellation request within 24 hours from the time of disbursement by repaying the full principal amount. After successful verification of the repayment, the loan status will be updated as cancelled in our records, subject to applicable terms and internal validation.

4. Refund of Excess Amounts

If an excess payment is received against your loan account due to duplicate payments, overpayments, or other eligible reasons, the amount will be reviewed and reconciled. Once approved, the refund will normally be processed within 5 to 7 working days through the original payment method or bank account, wherever feasible.

5. Refund Processing

  • All refund requests are subject to internal verification and reconciliation.
  • The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
  • You will receive confirmation of the refund through your registered email address or mobile number once the process is completed.

6. Refund Limitations

  • Loan cancellations are generally not permitted after 24 hours from the time of disbursement.
  • Processing fees, applicable interest, and service charges are non-refundable once the loan has been activated or utilized.
  • Refunds relating to duplicate payments or technical transaction failures will be processed only after successful verification.

7. Cancellation & Refund Assistance

If you wish to request a cancellation or refund, please contact our customer support team using your registered email address or through the official support channels available on the MudraSewa Loan website. Eligible requests will be reviewed and processed within the applicable regulatory and operational timelines.
